HOW LONG IS A CLASS?
The classes will be 45-60 or 90 minutes long

WILL I DO THE SAME POSES EVERY CLASS?
The core methodology of the classes is based on Baptiste Yoga. The classes will  include 11 sequences  comprising a variation of 53 poses. These poses will change from class to class.

WHAT IF I’M NOT FLEXIBLE?
You need a flexible mind, not a flexible body to do this practice. Modifications and listening to your body are the healthy expectations of the student. Commit yourself to stepping out of your comfort zone; you will surprise yourself with what you are capable of and how your body can change!

WILL I SWEAT?
Yes. Embrace it! The temperature of the room combined with the physical intensity of the practice will cause you to sweat. It is important that prior, during and after your practice you commit to staying hydrated.

HOW HOT DOES THE STUDIO GET?
Depending on where the class is taught will depend on the temperature. In the heated studio the temperature will be about 31 degrees, Other studios may not be heated. The heat will be generated by your practice and you should expect to sweat regardless of whether the room is heated.

WHAT IF I FEEL DIZZY OR LIGHT-HEADED?
Come to child’s pose whenever you need a moment to recharge. Also it is important to make sure you are hydrating well during and after the class.

Yoga attire, preferably moisture-wicking attire that enables you to move freely.

SHOULD I EAT BEFORE I COME TO CLASS?
That depends on you. Being properly hydrated and fueled are important for a strong practice, so we like to have a small snack an hour or so before class.
